Beach to Bush is an extension of our Cycling Without Age Sorrento programme and is proof that when we collaborate, we create impact – and that everyone deserves to feel included, valued, and connected. We see so much joy in reaching unserviced areas, giving the most vulnerable an opportunity to experience a bike ride, often for the first time in years, or ever.
Our inaugural trip to Kalgoorlie in May 2025 saw nearly 200 people with limited mobility enjoy continuous rides through the beautiful Karlkurla Bushland Park, Kalgoorlie. The success of this venture sees us extending our reach in 2026 – returning to Kalgoorlie and expanding the initiative to Esperance as well.
